Multichannel measuring system ZET 037
The ZET 037 multi-channel measuring system is a versatile, modular instrument designed to solve your unique application. The ZET 037 is a modular device built on a single housing and measuring modules. The maximum number of input channels per module is 4. Therefore, a single ZET 037 multi-channel system can be expanded to 56 measuring channels, and the system itself can use up to 1000 channels by adding recording units.
The measuring modules included in the ZET 037 multi-channel measuring system allow you to create a multifunctional system covering several measurement areas, such as:
- Electrical measurements (DC and AC voltage)
- Vibroacoustic measurements (in combination with vibration transducers: vibration, acoustic noise, sound pressure in air and water);
- Frequency measurements;
- Mechanical measurements (in combination with strain gauges: force, torque, deformation);
- thermal measurements (complete with thermometric sensors and pressure sensors: temperature, pressure).

*The MCTS (Multi-Channel Time Sync) protocol is used to ensure synchronicity of measurements between units of a multi-channel system.
**Constant Output Level Amplitude – a constant output level amplitude, which is a sine wave of constant voltage, the frequency of which corresponds to the frequency of the control signal during sine wave testing.

The ZET 037 multichannel measuring system consists of a main enclosure and user-selectable modules, depending on the measurement type. The system can monitor channel integrity for open or short circuit faults when the ICP is enabled. It can also support ICP and TEDS sensors.
The modules are installed in the enclosure and enable connection and measurement of signal parameters from various types of primary transducers.
The ZET 037 multichannel measuring system enclosure is rack-mounted. Multiple systems can be combined and synchronized, allowing for an increased number of measurement channels if needed.
Configuring the operating mode, recording, and processing measurement data is handled by specialized ZETLAB software installed on an external computer. The software features a user-friendly interface for displaying measurement results on external devices in any format (graphical or numerical) convenient for the user.
