Digital accelerometer  ZET 7152-N Pro is intended for recording of vibrational acceleration and is used as a component of stationary vibration monitoring systems used in technological and industrial spheres of application.

The digital accelerometers are mounted on the controlled object, thus forming measuring lines. Compact dimensions of the transducers enable vibration monitoring of the machinery in hard-to-reach areas.

Systems based on the use of digital transducers can be characterized as scalable (i.e., it is possible to increase the system scale by adding new transducers to the measuring lines).

Implementation of digital transducers is especially convenient for deployment of distributed measuring networks. Unlike traditional centralized measurement systems, these systems do not require the use of “star” connection, which allows to considerably reduce the overall length of measuring lines. Since the data is transmitted in digital format, the requirements to data transfer channel are less strict, which allows to use relatively inexpensive cables.

In the course of measurement network deployment, the transducers ZET 7152-N Pro are connected to each other sequentially, and the resulting measuring network is connected to PC with the use of interface converters ZET 7174 (CAN ↔ USB), ZET 7176 (CAN ↔ Ethernet or Wi-Fi), or ZET 7177 (CAN ↔ GSM).
