ZET7X10 TROUBLESHOOTING

Methods for testing the ZET 7010 and ZET 7110 measuring units:

1. Check the voltage on terminals 1-6, it should be about 4 V.
2. Check the voltage on terminals 4-5, it should be equal to the voltage on terminals 1-6.
3. With an external sensor/strain resistor connected, check the voltage between terminals 2-6, it should be approximately 2 times less than in item 1 above.
4. If a full bridge circuit is used, check the voltage between terminals 3-6, it should be approximately 2 times less than that specified in clause 1 above.
