TDA amplifier was developed
A 2-channel TDA strain gage designed to amplify the signals coming from various primary transducers: strain gauges, temperature sensors, etc. was developed and put into production.
A new program “Regulator” has been written, which implements the functions of the PID controller.
The regulator works on personal computers with connected spectrum analyzers, a strain gauge or a seismic station with analog and digital inputs and outputs.
The program “Regulator” implements the functions of a two-position and proportional-integral-differential (PID) regulator designed for monitoring and controlling parameters in the systems of technological control and regulation of industrial enterprises. The output signal can be in the form of pulse width modulation (PWM).
With PID control, the control signal depends on the difference between the measured parameter and the set value, from the integral of the difference and the rate of change of the parameters. As a result, the PID controller provides such an actuator state (intermediate between “On” or “Off”), at which the measured parameter is equal to the preset value. Since the state of the actuator stabilizes, the accuracy of maintaining the parameter in the system rises tenfold. Thus, the law of regulation ensures accuracy.
The control signal for the PID controller is determined by three components: proportional, integral and differential. The control signal that the controller generates is determined by how much the mismatch (proportional component), how long the error remains (the integral component) and, finally, how quickly the mismatch (the differential component) changes.
The regulator can hold a preset level or operate on a specified profile. In addition, the regulator program displays in graphical form the specified level or profile, the current value of the parameter, the output signal.
