Vibration and acoustic performance measurement of equipment

The equipment set is designed to measure and limit vibration levels and noise levels while performing vibroacoustic bench-test in different working modes of equipment under test to evaluate the conformity with the specifications.

The equipment is designed to register both typical and non-typical processes. Measurements are performed in accordance with the requirements of the control and limitation methods of the noise and vibrations (MKSHS-81, MKVSH-80, MKGSH-82).

The system covers measurement performance according with different specifications for equipment under test applying 1/3-octave, narrowband and cross-spectrum analysis. Each specification has separate window sub-script including the set of all parameters that must be factored in testing.

User can use «Preview» feature while measuring the vibration and noise parameters of the device, where he can check the accuracy of installation of the device and upon that start testing.

It may be useful to apply View Results feature after gathering and averaging of spectrums according with different algorithms, where you can define the truth of test and decide if it’s reasonable to repeat the measurements.

All measurement data is saved to file-protocols in MS Excel format.
